The application is extremely bad, there are a lot of bugs, you cant even filter by tags...

Very usefull as a sales rep

I’m glad we made the decision to go with Nutshell, it’s ease of use is making a huge difference in our communication. It solved a lot of problems!

Slow and unresponsive. Steals whole contact lists off your device for their servers. So invasion of privacy is not an issue with this company. Clunky interface that needs a face lift. Not worth your time or effort to even get it to work properly.

While I have many frustrations with the CRM itself, the app is particularly aggravating. 1) when you make a call from the app to a contact person when you hang up, the app immediately prompts you to log the call. Great! However, when I do the same for a company, no such luck. 2) When logging an activity, if I accidentally hit save too soon (say hitting phone call for a meeting and hitting save or not attaching the right person) there is no way to go back and change it from the app. 3) The updates to the lead section are a nice improvement, but mostly it lacks a lot of functionality.

I love how convenient it is to upload a business card, but it seems like everytime I try to upload multiple cards in a row, the app keeps crashing. Please fix this! We have lots of business cards to upload as we are just getting started. Otherwise, I love this app!

Best iPhone version of a CRM yet. Its easy to use. Its intuitive and keeps my data where I can find it quickly. I recommend nutshell.

Nutshell has been great! Their customer service has helped us tremendously!

I would live to see more access to accounts and contacts. Support for custom fields is also missing right now.

This is a great app that supports one of the best CRMs on the market. It is lacking a couple features, but there are work-arounds and these guys are constantly working on improvements. Keep up the good work!

I have used act, sales force, high rise, batchbook, SugarCRM and a few others, but Nutshell blows them all away on balancing ease of use vs customizability. My sales people learned how to use it in a day and arent fighting me. Plus, they do weekly updates , so getting issues fix or a feature request added doesnt take months or years. Big thumbs up!

This is a great App, very easy to use and the import of data is really easy as well. The gmail widget is awesome, this will change how people import data onto the CRM.

Tried 10 different CRM programs and This is by far the best out there.

Could use a contacts and calendar tab, but is much better than a year ago. Fast operation, a lower price at $10/mo, and visually stunning. Good job!

Nutshell CRM doesnt over complicate CRM allowing salespros quick adoption to move at the speed of sales rather than have them move at the speed of a CRM. Isnt that what its all about?

Cant get to contacts in this app. Useless to me without it.

I too have looked at over 10 CMS Programs and none have this good of a balance vs cost. This is within budget, customizable, and easy to see everything all on the same page. Best part is everything is part of the package! No expensive upgrades to get that one feature I needed. Love it! App is great but could use a bit more access to the online interface. Highly recommend!

While Nutshell is a pretty good CRM tool and the price is outstanding I do not care for the iPhone only app. I use an iPad when working VO and find the interface almost comically large. Given that I do some work in public places the large text and interface on the expanded iPhone version as displayed on the iPad adds a lack of security I would feel if the text were not so big. If I collapse it down than I have a hard time navigating the UI. I will just stick to using the web interface until they develop an iPad version. I really do like Nutshell and we had tested several other CRM tools and found that Nutshell fits our needs. So please, please, please develop an iPad version of the app. We are very pleased with your service thus far and would love a dedicated app for the iPad so people at the coffee shop or hotel lobby can not read from 20 feet away. Data security is a major issue for every company and we can not use the iPhone app right now because of security concerns. It should be noted that the web interface works great on tablets and the iPhone app works just fine on an iPhone.

Nutshell is a great CRM that provides the functionality I need alongside stable software & great support!
