Nutshell – Small Business CRM App Reviews

Nice, clean interface but needs to include a button for accounts/contacts as well as the ability to add/edit accounts/contacts.

I am a hardcore CRM user. Nutshell tries very hard to integrate the CRM experience, but doesnt do for my needs. There is key functionality missing that I would have expected such as better management of the sales cycle. Just another wannabe CRM clone in my humble opinion.

Nutshell is one of the most comprehensive CRM solutions with mobile support I have tried, especially for the price. There are 2 things lacking that would make the mobile piece perfect: 1) Adding contacts to the Nutshell database from your iPhone contacts needs to be a feature. Having to add contact info twice is a hassle, and will probably prevent users from subscribing. 2) Meeting invites need to be set through the Nutshell app and/or ported into the app from iPhone calendar. ( If logging activity, I should be able to select a calendar event and associate to the activity, pulling in time/place/attendees) Other than that Nutshell is a great platform.

Just wish you could view attachments. Also would like to see more streamlined phone integrations with calendar and contacts. Would like ability to set default text case on notes/activities/entries. Very useful app and for the most part excellent extension of web version.

Ive found Nutshells web portal to be an excellent tool, but trying to work in the mobile environment from my iPad is cumbersome. This version is great on the iPhone, but on iPad it just doesnt make the most of the available space. Id give it five stars if it were available for iPad.

I love Nutshell , it is a really good CRM product on the web: comprehensive feature wise, visually appealing and easy to use. Unfortunately the iOS is all but that: crowded UI, complicated to use and buggy (couldnt close a lead and assign a reason). I am sure at some point theyll focus on that app, so I complain but will continue using the app.

Its just a little wonky adding leads and such. But runs quicker than salesforce did on my pc ;) Could really use access to their help docs. Would make this app better for new users.

I have been very impressed with Nutshell. I have seen productivity increases with all my sales team. I would highly recommend Nutshell over there better known competitors.

This app is amazing! By far the best crm I have looked at. Unfortunately? It crashes a ton. I cant wait till they get the crashing fixed.

I work for a large company that has a frustratingly sluggish CRM. I use Nutshell as a personal CRM with all of my clients that I can take wherever I work. Given Nutshells price point, its a no brainier for this use case. Keep it up guys!

Easy to operate and interface is great even compared to the desktop version. Love how easy it is to track progress, create links between content, and push yourself for outcomes. Fantastic CRM that integrates functions from social platforms were all accustomed to.

Great app! Would love to see an ipad version soon and also the ability to support screen rotation on both.

I run a small retained executive search business and cant imagine what my sales efforts would be like without Nutshell and its world class customer service. A great choice!

So easy, even a CEO can use it... The team loves it because its friendly, and the CFO loves the affordability (hey, its not Salesforce)!

Nutshell is really quite powerful ( once you learn its quirks and explore a little). A clear step up from simple tools like Highrise, though not as sales-focused as,say, Pipedrive. The mobile app is great for information and status checking - but youll go back to your laptop for actual work.
