Nutshell – Small Business CRM App Reviews

I find Nutshell to be very easy to use and intuitive.

I have three separate but related businesses with a geographically dispersed team, plus my own client project load. I am a total "Gadget Girl" and Apple FanGirl, and my apps have to integrate and work seamlessly. Nutshell is a wonderful CRM app for managing our sales funnel and there have been a lot of great new features added lately. Whatevers on my MacBooks is also on my iPhone immediately--that is exactly what I want and need. Great job, guys and gals!

My only complaint is that I didnt know about this, before playing a boat load for Sales Force... Best thing to happen to a CRM in a long time.

Best CRM app I’ve used! It’s very intuitive, and I can easily keep track of my sales calls and be really proactive with customers.

Nutshell helps me keep track of my companys customers and how our team is keeping them happy. I love seeing deals close throughout the day with push notifications.

Incredible CRM program with tons of great features and super easy to use!

No place do they tell you that its just a 14 day trial until after you have installed it, configured it, imported everything... Then you will receive an email that says: "Just so you know, Nutshell is a subscription based service, so after your 14 day free trial, Nutshell is $20/month/user. Thats it!" There are a ton of other options that are the same price and have complete automation. Stay away from deceitful business practices. Caution! There are probably other hidden fees they are hiding as well.

Couldn’t get by without this app!

Nutshell is a great app for keeping track of all my contacts and leads. I love the calendar view that lets me see all my upcoming activities, and creating a new company, person, or lead is so easy! This is an essential sales tool.

What a great app, love the functionality and UI. Use this everyday all day. Keep up the great work NutShell CRM!

Lightweight, powerful, fast, unlimited, affordable and extensible. Not much else needs to be said. Really clean any platform CRM! Good stuff!

Uploading was fine before I paid then my upload of business cards keep failing. No update to fix this?

Impossible to log in because the Google email address is behind a blue bar and you cannot access.
