I’m glad we made the decision to go with Nutshell, it’s ease of use is making a huge difference in our communication. It solved a lot of problems!
I love how convenient it is to upload a business card, but it seems like everytime I try to upload multiple cards in a row, the app keeps crashing. Please fix this! We have lots of business cards to upload as we are just getting started. Otherwise, I love this app!
Some bad moments
The application is extremely bad, there are a lot of bugs, you cant even filter by tags...
Slow and unresponsive. Steals whole contact lists off your device for their servers. So invasion of privacy is not an issue with this company. Clunky interface that needs a face lift. Not worth your time or effort to even get it to work properly.
Best iPhone version of a CRM yet. Its easy to use. Its intuitive and keeps my data where I can find it quickly. I recommend nutshell.
Nutshell has been great! Their customer service has helped us tremendously!
I would live to see more access to accounts and contacts. Support for custom fields is also missing right now.
This is a great app that supports one of the best CRMs on the market. It is lacking a couple features, but there are work-arounds and these guys are constantly working on improvements. Keep up the good work!
